The standards of Management Systems

ISO management system standards provide models to be followed when developing and operating a management system. Like all ISO standards, they are the result of the consensus of international experts and thus provide successful experiences and good management practices.

The standards for management systems are:

ISO 9000 – Quality Management Systems (QMS)
ISO 14000 – Environmental Management Systems (EMS)

ISO 27000 – Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management
ISO 22000 – Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)

The benefits of an effective management system include: – more efficient use of resources; – adequate risk management; – and increased customer satisfaction, as services and products consistently deliver the properties that companies promise.
